Soft Washing in Broward & Miami-Dade
A gentler way to clean roofs, stucco, screens and fences — using a cleaning solution and low pressure instead of a high-pressure blast.

What Is Soft Washing?
Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses a low-pressure spray and a cleaning solution made for exterior surfaces. The solution breaks down mildew, algae and dirt, it sits for a short time to work, and then everything is rinsed away gently.
Traditional pressure washing relies on force. That is great for concrete driveways and sidewalks, but on a roof, painted stucco or a screen enclosure, high pressure can crack tiles, strip shingle granules, etch stucco, push water behind paint and tear screens. Soft washing gets the surface clean without that risk.
Because the solution kills the growth rather than just knocking the top layer off, surfaces usually stay clean longer than they would after a rinse alone.
Why It Matters in South Florida
Our heat and humidity are ideal for algae, mildew and mold. The black streaks you see running down so many tile and shingle roofs are usually algae, and the green or gray film on north-facing walls is mildew. Left alone, they spread and darken every season.
Soft washing treats that growth at the source. It is the method we use for roof cleaning and house washing, and for any surface where high pressure would do more harm than good.

How We Protect Your Plants
- We soak plants, shrubs and grass with water before applying any solution, so they absorb clean water first.
- We apply the solution only where it is needed and keep overspray away from landscaping.
- We rinse plants again thoroughly once the cleaning is done.
- We use biodegradable cleaning solutions and ask you to point out any delicate plants or gardens.
