Paver Cleaning & Sealing
Clean, re-sand and seal your pavers so they look richer, hold their joints and resist stains — across Broward and Miami-Dade.

How Paver Sealing Works
Sealing is only as good as the prep underneath it, so every paver sealing job starts with a full cleaning.
1. Deep cleaning
We pressure wash the pavers with a surface cleaner to lift dirt, mildew, algae and staining, then treat problem spots. A clean surface is the only way to get an even, long-lasting seal.
2. Re-sanding the joints
Once the pavers are dry, we sweep joint sand back into the gaps between them. Full joints keep pavers from shifting and leave less room for weeds and ants.
3. Sealing
We apply a sealer suited to your pavers and the finish you want. The sealer helps bind the joint sand, protects the surface, and brings out the color.
Why Seal Your Pavers?
- Brings out and deepens the natural color of the pavers
- Helps keep joint sand in place, which means fewer weeds and ant hills between pavers
- Makes it harder for oil, food and drink spills to soak in
- Slows down mildew and algae growth in our humid climate
- Makes routine cleaning easier between professional visits
Choosing a Finish
Natural finish
Protects the pavers while keeping them close to their original, dry appearance. A good choice if you like a matte look or your HOA prefers a subtle finish.
Wet look
Enhances color and adds a glossier appearance, similar to pavers that have just been rained on. Popular for driveways and pool decks where people want the color to pop.
After sealing, cure times depend on the product and the weather. We'll give you exact cure times for your sealer, including when it's safe to walk and when it's safe to drive on it.
